Privacy notice

This notice describes the practices of ·Legal entity, the company operating as Ora, for this website and the reservation flow it hosts. Ora designs and assembles AI hardware in the United States and is currently at the reservation stage.

The controller of record, its registered address and the jurisdiction whose law applies are ·Controller details. Ora has not named a data protection officer; where one is required, the contact will be ·DPO contact.

As built today, this website collects no personal information on Ora's servers. There are no accounts, no login, no newsletter form and no payment form.

The reservation flow at /reserve asks you to choose a device and enter contact details. That input is held in your browser only. It is not transmitted to Ora, not written to a database and not shared with anyone. If you clear your browser storage, it is gone.

No card numbers, bank details or other payment credentials are requested anywhere on this site. Collecting them without a connected payment processor would be both useless and unsafe.

When a submission pipeline is connected, the fields Ora will receive and store are ·Collected fields.

Because nothing currently reaches Ora from this site, there is no present processing to describe. Once reservations are received, the intended purposes are ·Processing purposes and the lawful basis relied on is ·Lawful basis.

Ora does not sell personal information and does not use it for advertising profiles.

This site loads no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. There is no tag manager, no pixel, no session recorder and no A/B testing vendor. Fonts are self-hosted at build time, so rendering a page opens no connection to a font provider.

Ora sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Any browser storage used is functional — it keeps your place in the reservation flow on your own device.

If measurement is added later, the vendor, its purpose and the choices available to you will be ·Analytics vendor, and this notice will be updated before it ships.

No reservation data is shared today, because none is collected on Ora's side. The processors Ora expects to engage — hosting, email delivery and, in future, payment — are ·Processor list. International transfer arrangements, where relevant, are ·Transfer mechanism.

Reservation details entered on this site persist only in your own browser, for as long as you leave them there.

Ora has not set a retention schedule for data it will hold once reservations are received. The retention period will be ·Retention period. No number is stated here rather than inventing one.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

For data held in your browser by the reservation flow, you can exercise all of this yourself: clear the site's storage in your browser settings and nothing remains.

This site is not directed at children, and Ora does not knowingly collect information from them. The minimum age that will apply is ·Minimum age.

This draft will be replaced by a reviewed privacy notice before Ora accepts any reservation data or any payment. When it changes, the effective date at the top will change with it.
